What you can check here

This register covers safety cards and licences issued through IGEADI, I.P. and THE OHS. Every result is read live from the register, so it always reflects today's status — a card suspended this morning shows as suspended this afternoon.

Workplace safety cards

Type the certificate number printed on the card. You'll see the holder's photo, every class on the card, and each class's status and expiry date.

Individual licences

A licence number such as OHS-00012-WHS returns that one licence — its class, status, issue date, expiry and any conditions attached to it.

Scanning the card's QR code opens this same page with the result already filled in. On a phone you can use the scan button above instead of typing.

The name stays protected

To see the holder's name and date of birth, a one-time code is emailed to the address on their record — so only the holder can release it.

Checks are logged. If a number returns nothing but you hold a physical card, contact IGEADI, I.P. / THE OHS rather than assuming the card is false — the record may predate the register.
